You'll notice that AP and DE:HR had a slightly different system in which the face buttons corresponded to dialogue options, rather than an actual wheel which you could turn with the left stick.

As I remember even graphically unimpressive games (of which I'd argue Oblivion was one, seeing as it was only a year before Crysis) required high end PCs to RUN AT ALL.

For a long time Sony had no idea how to capitalise on SOE for Playstation. They tried it with EQOA but after that they just gave up and let them make PC games.
