That's ridiculous. Mass effect sold 4 million copies each, to be the gaming equivalent of Avatar or Titanic it would would have to sell 30 Million.

Absolutely. I'm saying a videogame product (it's all part of a gaming system- regardless of the physical toys) that is different to the standard dudebro shooter/GTA, has been hugely successful- more than enough to justify a $200m budget, if it had one (which it didn't).

Nope. The few games which invest heavily into audiences other than 18-35 men (such as Activision's Skylanders) rake in hundreds of millions.

The market isn't that big for a reason though. There's no reason middle aged women, or teenage girls, or retired people, can't be gamers. But if no games are ever made for them, or even made for everyone, it won't work.

I suppose you're right, but the white just makes it feel very cheap imho. Still, technically it's a very good case- and cooling-wise it's been excellent so far.

As someone who also has this case, I have to say that it's WAY less cool, and WAY more plastic-y in real life.

OK sure, I guess it's like a super linear version of Dishonored in space with a few choices here and there and a morality meter. Still has nowhere near the sheer motion that the cinematic does, though it does look better than I expected.

The cinematic sure was great, but if you look at it, it was one of those 'MMO-style' cinematics where they show stuff that would never happen in-game unless it was one long QTE.

Haha I just call my girlfriend dude, and at first I'm pretty sure she said it back to try and annoy me, but now we're both OK with it.

Jade Empire actually had a pause and tab-target system- it's just that it wasn't communicated very well.
