I meant more that Gotham does it's foreshadowing with no subtlety while arrow tries to work in their references to the source material.

Are the last two serious? I can see the first two happening. I think I'll enjoy the Hong Kong flashbacks more when we know what Waller wants Oliver for.
EBR is the actress who plays felicity right? I'd agree. They didn't seem to have her character correct at all. I really enjoyed the episode, I think the middle of it dragged the whole thing down.
I noticed that after reading about Katana, her husband is killed by the Yakuza. Doesn't China White work for them?
I felt like he's finally started caring for roy as a student, instead of teaching him because he feels he has to.
I don't hate the Hong Kong flashbacks all that much. What I don't get is using a 6', bulky white man to be sneaky in hong kong.
I felt like Roy was the B plot, but at points the B plot seems to be stronger than the A plot.
This seemed to be the first episode where I felt oliver cared a little bit about being roy's mentor. All the others seemed to be "why not?!"
I think her best work is development away from oliver.
people on the arrow subreddit mentioned Cupid in three scenes this episode. I've not noticed her at all.
What I didn't like was how everyone kept believing it. The only supporting evidence was that he dreamt it. Also oliver knowing what caused it, but not telling anyone else was weird.
well he lost because ollie has a bow. If not for the arrow, he'd have gotten shot in the leg.
Didn't Flash name drop Captain Atom?
I really liked Roy in the second half of the episode, the weird self doubt he had (obviously brought on by disturbing dreams) getting resolved by him saving the day was great. I gave the episode a B-B+. The one thing I hated was the subplot of the episode that he thought he killed sara. It didn't seem like something…
What made me know it wasn't merlyn was that sara didn't have her guard up. She was confused to see the person being there.
The red herring was bad, but I was afraid it was going to be a 2-3 episode arc with laurel attempting to kill roy.
I still liked the fight scene with roy and his scenes at the end with oliver.
I didn't hate her in this episode. The only scene I hated was the reveal that roy dreamed he killed sara. It failed because of what Laurel and Oliver were already doing and because it was obviously not what happened.
More like his daddy's abandoned garage.
It's weird to me, because it seemed like it would've been someone we already knew, but it doesn't make sense
