I challenge every reader to ask a simple question....

I honestly believe no education is needed because it has always been known that rape is a crime. Some people are just cold hearted monsters. We don’t educate people on not being a serial killer, and yet we treat rape like a normal person could commit such an act.

I can’t see why it is necessary. Anyone who commits sexual assault is a monster and every man already  knows it is wrong. education isn’t the problem. treating rape like any guy could do it is.
