“Hand-crafted” exo-suits?
That’s just... an odd thing to point out about them. I mean, it makes them sound like they are gluten-free and made by Brooklyn hipsters.
Think about it this way: would you want to fly a “hand-crafted” fighter jet?

It will never stop being funny to me that it wasn’t Nintendo who ran Sega out of the console business, but Sega’s repeated, seemingly endless stream of bad business choices and even then, it still took about, what a solid ten years of burning bridges everywhere to finally close the door?
This industry pumps out approximately 743,000 military shooters a year and people just accept it, so I think we can stomach two entire sci-fi RPG’s.
IMHO, Popeyes’s is better. Whoever thought of taking a freshly fried apple pie and rolling it in cinnamon and sugar and then tossing it to the customer, still blazing hot so you can get those sweet third-degree burns to your mouth and love every second of it needs a raise.
Love the original story, love the game and loved this article.
Haha, that’s nothing, my own mother (not kidding) constantly told me I would go to hell as a kid after she caught me with a bunch of cassette tapes I was hiding, back in the late 80s. And it wasn’t Slayer or anything like that, it was fucking Van Halen and Duran Duran and whatnot. She was convinced listening to “Jump”…
“It was a time when the ‘Moral Majority,’ who condemned video games regularly and called people like me ‘the devil,’
Most of us probably hear about genetics from two main sources, genre stuff - movies, books, TV shows etc - and the news. Pop culture fiction and news media have one big thing in common: the disaster narrative. Stories wrap up pretty quickly if someone doesn’t breed new dinosaurs or make a new friend from body parts,…
My first thought is, TAKE ALL MY MONEY.
Very, very few of these scientists are into genetic engineering to create a master race, or even to create an army of giant slugs. If you were a couple who knew that because of genetics any child you produced would probably be affected by something horrible (Huntington’s, cri-du-chat, etc.) wouldn’t you want to get…
As a biomedical scientist myself, I’m always a bit annoyed at the standard 1950s B-movie trope of “Oh, we scientists never thought of the downside of creating giant slugs!” that still gets used in movies today with Goldblum’s character, for example. Seriously, scientists think about the dangers of their research all…
That’s really cool! Being able to draw chunks like that is great for making new hair styles. I think this is pushing the definition of the word “drawing”, though.
It’s a big deal because the lack of cross-play is an oddly anti-consumer stance from a company that was so pro-consumer at the beginning of this console generation. They’re not willing to play nice for the sake of their customers, and their customers are being negatively impacted by their stubbornness. One example is…
I never said there was any account locking in Rocket League. Protip: if you have to lie, your opinion is probably not well founded. That goes double for the rest of your post.
RL could easily have had cross play, and the only one to be against it was Sony. Fact. Anything beyond that is irrelevant.
The same issue came…
The company who helped Bethesda make FOS is also making the Westworld game with WB. The proof they stole code is that, while working with Bethesda there was a bug that was fixed in FOS that showed right back up in the Westworld game. So Bethesda pointed at that bug and went “Wow, you guys reused code that we made…
Sony fans will cape for them for a variety of reasons with no sense of objectivity. It's the norm from them.
“Trying to resolve it”
“You know exactly what you’re getting, you have disclosure on the assets that you buy. It’s not gambling; we provide the pack odds so you know what might pop up in a pack”
Literally none of this is true. Sony is not responding as soon as the issue got attention, it was first brought up when rocket league went to xbox and the devs said cross play was being held back by sony.
“It’s not gambling; we provide the pack odds so you know what might pop up in a pack...”
