Well Wolverine recently was with the Avengers for a while. Why Captain America is there, probably for same reason, Avengers. I'm more confused why Johnny Storm's there when he's Fantastic Four. That said it is called Marvel Super Heroes so maybe it's best just to think of it as a comic cross over event.
