He’s a senator at the FEDERAL level. Which means he has little control over the workings of the City and state government. With this logic, why can’t the president fix it?

I’m a little puzzled by this article. Movies don’t need to reflect reality so much as show an internal reality that seems to make physical sense. Sure this kinda kills the whole wall-throwing thing but it’s a different vector for criticism.
