Sounds like a dig, but I totally agree. I think the show at it's best so far is when it's not trying to be a comedy but actually trying to dig into the more negative and struggling parts of being a pro-athlete. I am sticking with the show in hopes they can get more out of the Entourage comparisons.

So he's leaving SF and going back to NY? Sad news. I wasn't digging Waid's work but I really liked the change in location and new supporting cast. Change at Marvel is always so short lived.

Totally. Reggie was right there taking pictures that I'm sure were for blackmail purposes later down the road.

So… this isn't about Drip Drop??

Frank is out there killing, Matt stops him and brings him in, cops look the other way and Frank escapes to end the season.

He's Crossbones already.

Yes, I got that, but we're talking about Captain Marvel not Bitch Planet. I'm not saying DeConnick is a bad writer, I'm saying DeConnick is just a bad fit for a Carol Danvers writer (to the author of this article). A change in author *for this book* makes more sense than a change in character.

If you don't like the Captain Marvel monthly book the problem isn't about Carol Danvers vs Monica Rambeau. It's about DeConnick. Changing characters wouldn't fix a book that is boring to read (to you). They would need to change authors.

This episode was real garbage in what had previously been a pretty good improvement each week. I was real surprised to see such a generous score. Oh well, we all come for different things I guess.

Yes! It was clearly a joke.

I thought the same thing. The color!

Are you referring to some other unspoken scene or outside production comment then? Based on the character used and the specific scene it took place it fit. It's just the kind of thing he (the character of Luciouis) would say/think.

I think the thing to remember is that it's coming from Lucious . Of course he would think on those terms. We don't even get to see Tiana's side of it yet which could still be coming.

It happened in the premiere which was weeks and weeks ago. If you're seasons behind, it's no longer on them to keep you spoiler free. And I hate spoilers too! But come on now.

I totally yelled at my TV with that final line. YOU ARE LEAVING YOUR HOME!

The spin-off (…"in Wonderland") had Jafaar and the genie. So he could easily pop up.
