From what I've read, it isn't using a standard "Listed auction sells for listed price" system, but instead uses a sort of blind auction (like the GW1 system) - You put your time tokens into the AH and get a quoted price, and after so long you get the gold once your item sells, basically in a FIFO(first in->first out)
