I hope, that if it does go to court, that the verdict is not nearly as ugly as the time when Silicon Knights took Epic to court.

This is only partially true.
That's sort of what I'm saying, though. These guys are already monopolizing the physical market, this gives them an "In" to start making exclusivity in the digital market, when really, advertising that carrier X has youtube at 50% faster speeds than their competitors is moot because potential customers can't change to…
I don't really understand the need for these companies to "charge more" for exclusive access. I mean, they pretty much have monopolies in their markets as it is, forcing the government to pass a law that does nothing but rob average joe seems.... Undemocratic.
There was in the sense that GBC games wouldn't work on a regular GB (Exceptions being games specifically made to do so, like Link's Awakening DX or Pokemon Yellow) You wouldn't be able to play, say, Pokemon Gold on a Bricky GB.
GBC played GB games, but yes, good line of thinking.

They look about the same (spacing wise) as the origninal gamecube:
Only faults that controller had was x/y probably should've been different colors (it always messed me up seeing the buttons on screen) and the Z button was in a funny spot. Should've been bigger and flatter.
It's kind of funny because at first it was like "Pay subscription to get free stuff? That's crazy" but it's a system that works really well for Sony.
It was certainly an experiment. The combat is deeply flawed ("Speed stat? What speed stat? I go first or last when I feel like it", Says Medusa), the penalty for changing classes was not very intuitive, and really, no save points in the last dungeon? Die in a fire FFIII.
One could argue that traffic generated from searching youtube for "Super Mario LP" is revenue generated because Nintendo has an immensely famous franchise, and not because they're looking for "Scott's LP" specifically.
It'd be like that one year, where they showed up, said "We're making Pikmin" dropped the mic, and left.
The namechange was the least of it's problems.
part of the lower cost is the fact that the 2DS uses one screen instead of two, and just has the image broken into two pieces, rather than having two screens.
Color me on board when that headset is like, half the size.
Definitely worth playing with it, then.
Aggro Skyrim, where dragons are less dangerous than immortal 10 year olds.
