I can't wait for this game to turn into an epic trilogy and have an ending that one ups Mass Effect 3 in utter dissapointment.

Fun fact: The guy who wrote the first two X-men movies is also the voice of Solid Snake, and has a cameo in the first movie.
It's a bit different. Fanboys crying that they're not bringing the game over (see: Valkyria Chronicles 3) are not entitled to anything. Nobody's able to force Sega to release something when their numbers suggest it's not going to turn a profit.
Entitled is a good word for it. I think his followers deserve better than a 'nevermind'. If you "invest" in his games, and his work, I think you're "allowed" to ask 'why?'.
Wait a min. Computer Programmer, Really?
Yeah, saw it like, hours after I wrote this post.
Zuckerberg's response was likely aimed at his investors who are likely wondering why he just dropped 2mill on a project that has nothing to do with his core product, and less aimed at the masses of gamers who's feelings were trampled.
He posted a rant which covers the second part of my comment pretty good.
Not disagreeing, and it's kind of a brutal catch22. In business you sometimes don't get to choose your boss. It dosen't take a genius to figure out what facebook is doing here, I'm just kind of impartial because I tend to not really get too involved in social media to begin with.
Yeah, saw his tweet shortly after my comment.
That's just like, your opinion, man.
XKCD: Always relevant.
Not disagreeing, but taken at face value: "FB is creeps me out" seems shallow and bandwagon-y. "I'm not letting this company near my IP because they have terrible business and ethical practices" seems informed and advocating a good cause.
Notch has done pettier things, like trying to resolve the dispute over the scrolls IP over a match of Quake Arena.
Not too much experience with Evernote, but OneNote is amazing in collab work. building a cheatsheet or quick reference and sharing it to a group is pretty easy without dicking around with emailing a file back and forth, which means you can bring in other peoples' reference work in close to real time.
*Checks date* huh. maybe it's 7 days early.
Generally speaking, "Independent" means without the support of a publisher. Riot (of League of Legends fame) is an independent studio and probably one of the most filthy rich companies in the industry right now. (likely because the profits are consolidated rather than being divvied between publisher and studio.)
To be fair, 90% of those vote were probably predetermined by a 4chan bandwagon.
I don't think the "founded by 17 members of the "World of Warcraft" team" argument adds a whole lot of credability given that the game literally has had a small army of people work on over it's lifespan.
from the way I read it, is that these rewards are tiered in a way that if you are a sub as of april, you get everything in april forward (Bonus Cartel coins, bonus house, bonus rooms in house, etc.)
