I am a wimp and there’s really only one scene that was too much for me...and I knew it was coming and could cover my eyes in time. Didn’t miss anything important.
Living in Texas sometimes is so bleak....thank god for small glimmers of resistance like this. It is the only thing I’ve got at this point.
I was actually kind of excited by the prospect of Hamno (my #1 love-to-hate author I mostly agree with) using his usual style to talk about labor challenges that disproportionately effect women or something....but I guess thanks for the shitty pun.
