Really depends, if it’s a ramp up a mountain or something if just one piece of the ramp touches the side of the mountain somewhere along its length, that counts as an anchor too.

I have long hoped they would implement a cool down on building. I have to reload my gun and even swapping between guns takes time....building anything is instantaneous.

Technically that does exist now in that if all the anchor points (anything built touching the ground) are destroyed, the fort will collapse.
