The Crotch Belt is victorious!

So now Formula E has *two* Scottish team principles. I reckon the radio conversations are going to be... interesting.

Right? Even the blue they offer now is a *very* washed out shade of it.

But does it come in the proper green and tan colors?

Any shots of those pink headlights the 91 used?

Dear Porsche,

I would like to know why Porsche has not taken my sensible suggestion and dropped those awful 718 Cayman and Boxster names and replaced with the more traditional (and not-awful) 718 Carrera and Cabriolet.

That’s the one. I couldn’t get the thing to upload.

incels...

Jalopnik.com, the People’s automotive website!

It might just be me, but I thought I was looking at an Audi R8.

Yeah that headline was pretty disappointing.

No offense meant to Patrick for this excellent article but how in the hell did the idea for this not come from Stef Schrader?

That’d be ironic given that he’s the one who started the idea of the new GT.

911s are supposed to look similar! It’s the rest of their line that’s the problem. Too busy trying to look like 911s instead of something new. Panameras, Cheyennes, Macans all look like sewer mutant 911s and the 718 line isn’t much different.

I feel your pain. They ate through all the spark plug wires the first time. And the replacements weren’t cheap (1980 Audi Coupe with the 5-cylinder engine). The second time (same car) it chewed the entire wiring harness apart. Squirrels don’t like Audis, I reckon.

I would’ve thought changing the team would’ve been to just give the team new uniforms and repainting the car.

All squirrels are destructive assholes. An Audi I had needed to be repaired TWICE when each time those little bastards crawled into the engine bay and chewed up the wiring. The second time the perp jumped out and ran when I opened the hood!

According to stuttcars.com, early version of crash testing done by Porsche. That 904 was dropped some 40 feet by a crane. The car was repaired after and put back into use.
