I thought yokai watch was very easy to understand and had no problem right through to the end.

Huh? What’s your favorite franchise from Level-5? I only know about Ni no Kuni from them; and I find the game really boring.
I expected the same for Yo-kai Watch, and I really liked it; almost 40 hours in it.

I would highly recommend it. It has a great story with charming characters, however the only real thing that might raise an eyebrow is its abnormal battle system, which is... different than most games of its type.

My favorite part of the whole show is how virtually nothing is resolved by even a single battle, despite the show constantly hyping you up for one. And the one time they do fight, they Timeskip it! Yo-kai Watch was a sleeper hit in Japan. Why are people expecting it to be huge by launch? I’m seeing a lot more people talking about it on twitter now after Christmas, since a lot of kids asked for the game and the toys.

They are bringing the anime outside Japan so that’s their call. This censorship is obvious - children can’t go to the beach or pool till they are 21, so they won’t see muscles on bikinis until then, no matter what.

I don’t get why you’d play something several times and watch videos of something you don’t like.
