I thought yokai watch was very easy to understand and had no problem right through to the end.

Huh? What’s your favorite franchise from Level-5? I only know about Ni no Kuni from them; and I find the game really boring.
I expected the same for Yo-kai Watch, and I really liked it; almost 40 hours in it.
I would highly recommend it. It has a great story with charming characters, however the only real thing that might raise an eyebrow is its abnormal battle system, which is... different than most games of its type.
I’m an adult and I like Yo-kai Watch and Pokemon. The series is cute but it can get rather dark especially when some of the yo-kai’s backstories come into play. The second game’s story is way better than the one from the first game. Also keep in mind that YW just started and only has 2 main games out so it’s not going to…
Back in December I showcased the handful of toys based on Level 5's Pokemon-esque Yo-Kai Watch game and TV show.…
My favorite part of the whole show is how virtually nothing is resolved by even a single battle, despite the show constantly hyping you up for one. And the one time they do fight, they Timeskip it! It sounds frustrating, but it always ends up hilarious and is seriously fresh for a monster collectathon. I just wish…
Oh whoa! Its really caught on!? Great!
Having already sold umpteen-bajillion units in Japan, the wildly popular Yo-Kai Watch toys have finally arrived in…
Two of my four nephews (I’m discounting one that can’t speak yet) asked me about it this Christmas. They were pretty eager to ramble on about it when I said I knew about it.
All that and they couldn’t allow the watch to tell time?? I might’ve bought one. lol
they sound bad too, its a spectrum of social misfunction :P
You didn’t read the article, did you?
It’s an RP toy as well. I didn’t *actually* capture magical spirits with my Clow Cards and Kero-chan plush, but it didn’t stop me from running around pretending I was. I know people like to whine about ‘kids these days’, but I do imagine kids still have *some* imagination left, which helps once they play the…
I just hope people realize that this franchise is kind of important for a lot of kids out there and wishing/trying to make it fail is just so damn heartless...
Okay, that’s pretty damn adorable.
The purpose of the watch is to roleplay.
Yo-kai Watch was a sleeper hit in Japan. Why are people expecting it to be huge by launch? I’m seeing a lot more people talking about it on twitter now after Christmas, since a lot of kids asked for the game and the toys.
And so it begins...
They are bringing the anime outside Japan so that’s their call. This censorship is obvious - children can’t go to the beach or pool till they are 21, so they won’t see muscles on bikinis until then, no matter what.
I don’t get why you’d play something several times and watch videos of something you don’t like.
