I mean, i'm no ASE-certified engine turbificationizer, with all the racheting VTECs, positive-pressure plasma connectifiers, and specialized edumacation that such a title would imply, but even i know that the belt to the crankshaft is to keep the cams from oversplining, while the power actually comes from the…
I love Volvo for their safety innovations. Now if they'd just let someone else design the outside.
I think it's time that we add another point. Make it a 4-point harness, I'd be kool with a 6-point harness too..
Good guy volvo - has million dollar idea, doesn't use it to make millions but to help the greater good instead.
Behold, the Pertronix Ignitor. Anything with points can get electronic ignition. Every time I get a question from a car buddy trying to get something from before 1974 to run, I tell them to get one. My poor old dwell/tach has been in the storage cabinet for years. I don't loan it out simply to force buddies to go…
The seats are only available from Honda in something like 20 separate pieces and cost ~$4k each. So adding up the cost of new seats, top (which is slashed to get in) and labor, it quickly reaches the price point where it's cheaper to just total an older S2000.
The seats are expensive, and they usually smash a window and/or cut the soft top to get at them. No joke.
S2000 owner here.
Please just let it be only the races and none of the stupid pre-race bullshit that polluted SPEEDVISION into extinction. I don't mind the sunday races, but I abhor the practice and qualifying that starts on thursday. There is nothing in NASCAR that warrants 40 hours of analyzing. If this helps bring the ratings to…
I hope this doesn't amount to less F1 coverage. I was ecstatic when F1 left speed because it meant that they didn't have to compete with Nascar air time. In America, F1 viewership simply can't compete with the numbers that Nascar brings in. That said....bring back WRC and touring cars...pretty, pretty please?
I keep saying this. It's not great but it's not as terrible as everyone seems to make it out to be. Source: mom's 2013 focus.
Pretty sure he designed a house and not a car.
I think the cars are just from the in-game "photo shoot" renders he used (read above the last render).

Yeah, GM makes it easy to defeat and I assume that it's on purpose. From what I recall all you have to do is unplug one sensor on the transmission, toss in a cheap resistor plug, and is easily done next time the owner has the car jacked up for an oil change.
i'm a huge fan of it just because its different. i can drive to the same place i always do, meet up with the same friendly bunch of racing buddies i always do, and yet drive on a race course that is 100% different than the one i always do. its convenient also - i live 30 minutes from my local track, but the next…
I heard the owner wanted Atlantis Blue instead of orange...
