I *always* make the mistake of reading comments on news articles in my news feed. Even seemingly bland news stories are lousy with people loudly declaring their ignorance over anything, whether its related or not.

In my years of food service and retail, I put up with a lot. I'm a pretty patient person. But the moment someone starts swearing and cursing at me, all best are off. Fortunately, I've never had a manager side with a customer in those instances, although I have seen that happen.
