Just one more comment to uphold Diesel-douche bro rights while not particularly endorsing their actions. Murcia at it's best!
Petrucci is almost painful to have to listen to. It takes him forever to explain each concept. Steve Padilla has a much easier time communicating.
Neutral: Always keep this in mind. Dealerships add NOTHING of tangible value to the new cars they sell. Yet, they take a sizable profit from each sale. This profit is a large part of the initial depreciation.
“ have yet to meet a car buyer in all my years that buys a vehicle based off of “It matters a lot how the vehicle can handle the worst possible case scenario””
Neutral: Yes, I have concerns.
5th: Automakers already hedge for some parts by having more than one supplier. Maybe they should execute some sort of region based pandemic diversification and spread manufacturing more widely.
I couldn't agree more. This is one of the best factory docs out there.
1st Gear: Over 20 years ago, when I sold cars in new car stores, on a per transaction basis, the used car side of the businesses always made more money than the new car side. The only new cars that brought bigger profit margins than the used cars were either newly introduced models or certain pickups and SUVs. On overa…

The car just leapt forward unexpectedly and as soon as it…
“I don’t have.......an engineering degree”

What?! You're nitpicking misspelled mispronounciations now? And, you're doing this on a car site? Wait, what the hell am I doing? Proceed.
That means “you”, singular in southern/folksy/quaint speak. If there is a group, they’ll address you as “All Y’all.”
So many interesting questions arise. Is the banked surface going to be flat so as to not upset aero? How are the transitions planned? How are the teams going to manage the now greatly increased normal loads on suspensions?
On an Aeromexico flight some 20 years ago, I peeked out the window to see several rivets missing from the wing. I notified the flight attendant who seemed less than worried. We landed safely though.
Love!
Liz,
Jim has this right. Last Saturday is the highest pressure day. Also, keep in mind that you are unique and you’re essentially buying a commodity. Do an ebay ‘completed’ search first to see what your desired car is actually worth.
