Yes, but your body adapts. And having a small deficiency in certain vitamin levels would have a unoticeable effect in your body. Now, if you diet is really poor that’s another story

This. But if you are like me and make constant purchases in Amazon it’s the way to go. It’s not about amazon “tricking” me to spend more. I know I am going to need razors, socks, underwear, etc. I just chose to buy most thing through amazon because it is cheaper and sometimes I pay no tax. No brainer for me
