Yeah, as someone who played the whole game and liked it I agree. Its gameplay is the weakest part, story and music is excellent.
No, the performance is the same, it’s just a bypass. They didn’t remove VMProtect and Denuvo. We’ll never know about that one unless Ubisoft themselves removes the DRM which is highly unlikely since they want to stay away from all the bad press they can about DRM causing worse performance.
