Always has boggled my eyes how colleges can’t pay athletes, or let athletes earn money with their likeness but colleges can pay grad assistants and I could get college credits for a PAID internship. College athletes are indentured servants, which I thought was illegal 🤷‍♂️

I got paid an hourly rate to broadcast soccer and women’s basketball at my absolutely terrible D3 college. Anyone doing this for free for a freaking D1 program that owns its own broadcasting network is an idiot scab who take a long jump off a short pier.
