Sorry, I didn't intend to direct this specifically at you. It was more a synthesis from what I have taken from all of the Iris discussions so far.

After skimming the essentials (I really am paranoid of spoilers), I should have guessed there'd be a convenient comic book explanation for all those pesky ways superpowers conflict with science.

I wonder about this every week, shouldn't it be impossible for Barry to talk while running or disguising his features by 'blurring' his face?

I thought it was kind of ridiculous that she selected a guy for her list whom she could only have seen on TV over the last years due to various horrible tragedies that befell him or his family.

I'm sorry, but a lot if the Iris criticism smells like concern trolling.
We know virtually nothing about Caitlin apart from the fact that her fiancé 'died' and that she's great at doing science. No one complains about her being underdeveloped. (Apart from me, I guess..)

I have absolutely no clue how this idea came about that Watson accompanying Kitty to a meeting could be construed as an implication of her being a fellow survivor. Watson views group support as an integral part of the recovery process (hence her basically dragging Sherlock there in season 1). Kitty asks Watson for

I think I have to disagree on the subject that being a rape survivor is detrimental to Kitty's character. While the trope of the woman who has experienced violence at the hands of men certainly exists, it's usually reserved for the victim-of-the-week or at best a recurring minor character. How many shows dare to

Ok, I get where you're coming from. I thought there was an issue understanding the meaning, but I can get behind critiquing the phrasing.

I just realised: In an episode where a computer wiz traces back the Verdant as an Arrow hotspot and actually says, "I can't believe no one did this before." a previously unknown entity more or less forced himself into a permanent gig at club Verdant. Coincidence? You decide!

He meant that he had an almost complete royal flush of any other suit on hand except for one spade which broke it up and thus killing his flush.

I really like that idea. I don't know how old Akio is supposed to be in the flashbacks (I would estimate 8 or 9), but a 14 year old shooter might account for the abnormal patterns in Sara's wounds. Which, weirdly haven't been adressed since the Roy episode.

You could try but I'm sure she wouldn't let you.

I was guessing that both episodes will form one unit as they often do in season finales, even when aired sperately. Interesting idea about Bruce. I didn't have him on my radar at all. Although, I kind of doubt that yet another high ranking government official connected to them is crooked. They've had too much of those

I know exactly what you mean and I'm inclined to agree. It's been a while since we've seen Sherlock absorb 12 different TV feeds at once.
But then scenes like him recognising that the fake murder in On the Line was actually a suicide, after a quick glance, capitalise on his superior skills of observation and

I had to watch the scene in which she takes off her glasses twice. There was some serious shift in character going on. Loved it.

I loved that her hair was unstyled during that final confrontation. It added a surprising amount of verisimilitude that I often miss when the characters wake up with perfect hair on this show (which they constantly do).

Great episode! Ok. Now, who's willing to bet that Rachel snatches someone next week, then Peter et al. have to work together to find the diamond to exchange for whomever (ep is subtly titled Diamond Exchange, har har); Peter learns a valuable lesson about shades of grey but now he's too compromised for D.C.
Any

I don't know who Sonia is, but Kenny makes this mistake every week (literally, I checked). Don't bother venting, you get used to it. I still liked the recap.

Maybe I'm TV trained, but as soon as the signs were visible I was groaning,
It's a construction site, guys! I should probably be a cop.

Now that was a fun one! I'm not going to ask why they took the trouble of concealing the tracker inside the egg, when apparently no one EVER checks out the suitcases, but I enjoyed the Forging Bad montage, so there's that.
