I do love these headphones, but my biggest issue with them is that the pads that surround your ears do not breath at all. Can anyone that owns them recommend replacement pads that would breath better? I know that this will change the sound profile some, but my ears are so hot!

I'm not sure I understand your point. Why does it matter who the wage is coming from? I understand that in most states the server is getting paid 2.13 an hour. This is because the tip is expected to bring the wage higher than minimum wage. Certainly if the tipping wage were abolished then this would not be an issue…
