Yeah, as great advice as working out with friends is, some things are just not as easy that way. Like for running, I prefer to go alone and listen to music because it prevents me from wasting my breath on talking over actually exercising.

Change a Tire and Jump Start a Car
This is one I kicked myself for not learning sooner. Thankfully I've never had to change a tire, but you don't want to get stuck on the freeway without at least a cursory knowledge of what you have to do. The YouTube video above should walk you through the process pretty nicely.
Probably not, TeamViewer and the like have some nice features that Windows built in tools don't have (although I do use windows built in remote desktop personally)
