While I agree his more recent stuff has been varying degrees of bad, he’s achieved quite a bit back when he was writing good stuff. Dark Knight Returns and Year One my two favorite Batman stories. That doesn’t outweigh the bad stuff he’s written, but it does firmly cement the fact that he’s left a decent legacy.
