My interest is never based on a system alone. It's based on the games. And as of right now, the NGP offers NOTHING that I want. By the time it launches, that could change, since it was only just now revealed.

Christ, Nintendo, it's 2011. Put the box in the MIDDLE of the cable. We have the technology to NOT block nearby power sockets. Use it.

For those that got the "password change failed" message: It may have still worked, I know mine did. After I tried, I got logged out and when I tried logging in, my original password didn't work, but the first one I had tried changing it to did.

@Saint In: It basically popped up a window (it was an actual process, not just a browser popup window) telling me about some sort of fake anti-spyware crap, my anti-virus immediately went off, but couldn't remove the virus because it was ALREADY RUNNING, and at that point I immediately shut off my laptop, took out

About a year ago I could swear I got hit by a virus while I was browsing Kotaku (it was the only tab open), slicing through firefox and my anti-virus like a hot knife through butter. I didn't visit kotaku for WEEKS after purging the virus, and when I finally did I started with Google Chrome, even though I hate that

@PunkyChipsAhoy: My reaction exactly. I've been waiting TEN YEARS for this game, you finally announce it, and now you LEAVE before it's done? Please, for all that is good and holy, turn around and get back in your chair for a just a little longer, Inafune.

@Nostragamus: I'll have to agree with you there. My initial reaction to TWEWY was the same as my initial reaction to Kingdom Hearts, "That sounds like the STUPIDEST idea for a game I've ever heard!"

PS3: When I'm not using it to play games, I'm watching DVDs/Blu-Ray on it, or streaming media from my laptop via PS3 Media Server.

@Grimwolf: Indeed. I'd actually take Mystic Quest over Crystal Chronicles any day.

@DukeTogo: Alundra reminds me a LOT of Landstalker on the Genesis. In fact, I'm pretty sure they're both made by the same people. Matrix Software, who developed Alundra, was founded by former members of Climax Entertainment, who developed Landstalker.

I was considering getting into the series starting with Valkyria Chronicles on my PS3, because my PS3 doesn't get enough exclusive RPG love.

@Uiru: Just turn off the voices in Arc Rise if you value your ears. I only kept them on for comedic value, even though it completely and utterly ruined the effect of a number of scenes. Unlike some people, I'm perfectly fine with English dubbing. But at least put some god damned EFFORT into it.

If by "critical bugs" they mean "the existence of the fatigue system", then I'm OK with this.

@HolyDaedalus: I was moved, but in a different way. I wasn't sad, but utterly pissed off. I'm all like "You just killed my best healer. You BASTARD."

@Vidikron: Pretty sure it fried mine. Sent my Wii in to Nintendo to get it fixed because the GPU was putting black or white dots all over the screen. Haven't had WiiConnect 24 on since.

@Akisazame: Pretty sure it was Atlus and/or XSeed. Tales fans would have to be 100 times stupider than Namco Bandai to ask Ignition. Just listen to Arc Rise Fantasia's dub and you'll know what I mean. I have voices enabled ONLY for the comedic value in Arc Rise Fantasia, though it also completely destroys any

@netineti: Oh, I hadn't even thought of that. I forgot it was released back in the era when Nintendo was still a censorship nazi.

@netineti: No version is censored. DeJap simply decided to be 'creative' with that line. It never even really existed.
