You make a Fien point.
You make a Fien point.
Dr. Stein will be gone pretty soon, migrating over to Legends of Tomorrow. If Joe is killed off, there will be rioting in the streets. Rioting, I tell you!
Guess what. Someone actually says the name of the actor behind the voice downstream and goes even further. If our universe is fair, you're gonna have to call that person out too. :)
Hey, I didn't say who it was, did I? :)
Zoom is different from the Earth-2 Harrison Wells. I cheated and looked at IMDB.
Yes!
I have to admit that last season's finale was a little over the top for me—even for a telenovela—with Rogelio and Xo GMWI (Getting Married While Intoxicated) and Jane's baby being kidnapped. I think I spent a lot of time rme ("rolling my eyes"—I'm trying to get this abbreviation to catch on! Help a viewer out!). But…
Hey, everybody!
I wish I could upvote this comment twice. Can I?
I actually thought there were going to be two Barrys on the episode following the one when he went back in time and found it confusing when that didn't happen. That's at least one reason why, imo, it doesn't pay to attempt to figure out "the mechanics of time travel" on this show.
Did I miss something or is this the first time The Flash has been featured prominently on the AV Club home page? You've made the big time now, Flash!
I sure hope you're wrong about the front end of season 2 of The Flash. In general, I hope people are wrong about the second season suffering because of attention divided between it and the new show. At the very least, maybe both Arrow and The Flash could share the pain of spin-off-show-birth, since both leads appear…
I think the spin-off starts mid-season. I don't think people will want to wait that long to see the resolution of the season finale of The Flash…
Thanks!
Sorry, I'm no good at making lists like that. For one thing, I don't watch nearly enough TV these days to make a Top Ten Anything list, even if I gave one show a couple of entries. I could probably do mean lists, though. Maybe "Top Ten Shows I Have Absolutely No Interest in Watching Ever" or "Top Ten Characters Who…
That would certainly save some of their budget—which has probably been expanded at least a little bit in view of the success of the first season—but I imagine some outcry if they did.
Nope. Not on the site, as far as I could tell. I saw something on YouTube with Berlanti and Andrew talking about Season 2, but the only clip of Cavanagh in that video is from Season 1. <sigh.> I guess I'll just have to wait.
Time travel paradoxes/confusion and timey wimey, wibbly wobbly stuff—here or anywhere? I'm letting that roll off me like water off a duck's back. Not going to break my brain trying to make sense of it. It's called science-fiction and fantasy for a reason. It just be.
Thanks, I'll take a look. I don't have TV/cable, so I always watch The Flash the next day using the CW app.
Good episode. Not the greatest season finale I've ever seen, but certainly nowhere near the worst. Definitely a major improvement, imo, over the last two episodes. Lots of emotion here, and I got all teary-eyed. Excellent performances across the board, I think. As far as I'm concerned, it was a solid end to a solid…
