There are aspects of driver-uber relationship that fall into employee category and contractor category. I don’t know of any employees though who work whenever they want, if they want.

Yup- Lewis has absolutely had the best car for the last 6 years. I truely believe the cars are a bigger factor than the driver. But nobody can touch Lewis’ driving. The only threat to Lewis is himself, and he has totally conquered any head games the last few years.
