I suspect that there are many more cops who do this, just given my own and friend’s experience.

I wish I were surprised to read that Melanie Bevan became chief of this department in 2016, the first woman to hold the post. The chief when this asshat was reported the first time? Michael Radzilowski, who spent 13 years as chief. 

Certainly, he’s committed rape and assault as well. He has a badge and he is stalking these women. I don’t think anyone can assume that the sex on duty was consensual, and I hope that is being investigated seriously.

Bevan said Marines had “cast a dark shadow on our law enforcement profession,” and called the parents who reported him “heroes.”

What’s most telling is that R. Kelly was present when those women were being interviewed and would cough at points to, ostensibly, remind them that he was there.
