I think it’s probably a deeply personal thing. If someone identifies as a woman, it’s up to them to decide what it means. I’m a tomboy, and I enjoy being a tough, unfeminine woman. I don’t feel like I’m any less of a woman than someone who wears a lot of makeup, loves purse shopping, etc.
