Why include BOTW in that list? It’s a game that very famously has almost no icons on the map unless you add them yourself by charting out the terrain.

It’s dangerous to critisize anime in places like these but let me try to be as diplomatic as possible.

First of let me comment on your recommendation. It’s nice to base your picks on Tv shows but you simply can not by default write a serialized and a procedural of that polar opposite (i.e. Criminal Minds & True

do these guys know that they can just.............play another game if they hate this one so much

No game is beyond saving. I still have egg on my face for saying that Final Fantasy XIV was beyond saving after its rocky launch, predicted it would go free-to-play, and then slowly fade into indifference and shame as Square Enix moved on.

Statistically speaking, it is relevant in police interactions.

Has it ever not sucked though?

Good for Baker. I sometimes get sick of him voicing seemingly everything (that Nolan North isn’t already doing), but if he’s standing up for his principles and supporting his union people, I’ve got more respect for him now.

I think you’re definitely onto something with that “closed loop of achievement” bit—people gravitate toward groups that are already pushing toward (or have achieved) the same goals those individuals are aiming for, which further bolsters the active group’s ability to achieve even higher goals.

There may be some of that

That wouldn’t necessarily mean that the games would take twice as long, for example employees that are happy (and well-rested) work better, and if producers know they have a more limited amount of development time then that might force them to plan things out better so that games don’t have such long periods of

I’d rather have unions and games take twice as long to make tbh

Question that is raised: Why isn’t the content review process perfect and faultless?

You should admit that you were wrong for this and apologize to Jason for this comment because it was really off base. Jason has done more to draw attention to the problem you are describing and pressure developers to make a change than anyone else I can think of. If you care about this issue, support those that are

definitely on the mind of fans like me who are fellow game journalists”

Humm... mind if I ask what outlet you my good gamer are from and or represent?

Aside from the fact that you missed every other article Kotaku (and Jason Schreier specifically) has been doing, and lately on this very topic of toxic game development studios, what on earth makes you think it’s okay? You state that “every” studio goes through this, then you want to have journalists report on every

I’m sorry man but @Jason Schreier wrote an expose. He wasn’t in it to tear anyone down. I bet he is super disappointed that he even had to write the story.

Just stop, Sony boy. You and I both know 99.9% of people aren't going to mod this and suggesting as such is disingenuous.

But wink wink, oops, turns out they just forgot to put any security on this thing at all and you can run a few software commands and load the entire library from USB.

Oh how soon you forget how women fighters in Battlefield 1 ruined the game’s realism.
