Yeah I agree.

A lot of businesses in Japan made some shady decisions when the tax was raised. They started listing all their prices without tax, which made it look like they had lowered prices. Something that used to be advertised as 105 yen was all of sudden 100 yen + tax. Just seemed really dodgy to me.

When Japan raised it’s sales tax they allowed retailers to list price without tax included as long as it was clearly advertised. The exemption will appareantly end in 2017 when all prices will have to be with tax included again.

Not sure if that makes this ok though....

Isn't health care one of the things where it seems that goverment run systems work better? If nothing else then in bang for the buck.

3G is not enough for Vita to stream netflix? Sounds weird, I use 3G to stream movies and netflix and stuff to my iPad all the time, why wouldn't Vita be able to do that?

You really didn't answer my question. I'll rephrase it:

If you snuck into a (adult) bar and the bouncer comes up to you and says:
"We saw you sneak in, please get out."

If the bar finds out you snuck (sneaked?) in through the back door and throws you out, is that also over reacting?
