It’s not even technically correct. They’re getting injections of botulinum toxin. Botulism is the disease that results from ingesting that stuff.

I find it really bizarre that people keep describing Jeremy as a nice guy up until the last episode. In addition to cheating on his fiance and going hot and cold on Rachel, he basically tries to corner Rachel into getting back together with him when she’s ambivalent — he breaks up with his fiance, then goes to Rachel…
Also, his writing is really bad.
It seems to be nearly impossible these days to find a nice summer dress that isn’t sleeveless. I blame Michelle Obama’s gorgeous upper arms.
You mean boy’s names like Hillary, Leslie, Shirley, Adrian, Kelly, Ashley, Shelley, Shannon, Kim, Lauren, and Meredith? :-)
Except for the price, there is nothing inherently wrong with most “hippie” sunscreens. The problem in this case appears to be that they decreased the amount of active ingredient, zinc oxide, which is an effective sunscreen when used correctly in an appropriate concentration. It has nothing to do with being “natural”…
She’s already damaged goods. It is heavily implied that her father has been sexually abusing her. According to Tom’s testimony, her father threatens to kill her, and she has every reason to fear him.
He knows she’s damaged goods because he’s the one who damaged her.
Look in Tom’s testimony: “She says she never kissed a grown man before an’ she might as well kiss a nigger. She says what her papa do to her don’t count.”
I don’t remember if she mentions it herself, but it’s in Tom’s testimony:
Funny, I think it's clear that Mayella was sexually abused by her father.
FINALLY somebody mentions a movie made before 1990....
Shrek is a pretty good rom com (though half the plot is lifted directly from It Happened One Night).
Sorry, but by patting yourself on the back for admitting you were wrong, you forfeit the cookie I was going to give you.
But...you’re demanding decorousness and piety from the audience.
I’ve seen a number of depictions of sexual violence on stage at the SF opera.
Then I wonder if you realize how utterly wrong you are.
I wonder all sorts of things, but I don’t usually do so out loud unless I have a point to make. So I wonder if you’re trying to accuse the author of hypocrisy by “wondering” whether she does something you consider hypocritical, despite the fact that you don’t actually know. I wonder if you think you’re clever. I could…
Many T2s can’t control through diet/exercise indefinitely, and not through lack of effort. Many T2s who begin with dietary control eventually end up on insulin.
