You’re conflating kidnapping with law enforcement. If my son or daughter committed this act (spray painting cameras) I would expect the cops to show up at my door. But then, there are no active demonstrations on my street and that visit wouldn’t be likely to be met with an escalation in aggression.

I hear a lot of FEELINGS going around. How this FEELS unfair, and how it’s disturbing to people. But I haven’t seen one reputable source say that it’s ILLEGAL. She was wanted on multiple warrants, they recognized her, arrested her, and drove off.

A good way to ensure that everyone feels safe and secure is for citizens to refrain from intentionally damaging police cameras, burning down private owned businesses, threatening people with differing opinions, and generally breaking the law. Wouldn’t you agree?
