Every time I'm in Ohio I like to try something new from Platform. I've enjoyed their stuff quite a bit. Though for me the king of Ohio is Jackie O's.

Also, it's worth noting that Kirin bought 24.5% which is purposely specific. That way they can remain a "craft brewery" as dictated by the Craft Brewery Alliance.

It never ceases to amaze me that the voices for Action League Now came from Pittsburgh radio hosts (WDVE). So bizarre.

Seriously! I was getting a distinct old Geddy Lee vibe from old Mike.

Hush is one of those movies that people I trust got me to watch and upon finishing it, wondered what they were thinking. See also: Don't Breathe.

Funriz lives!

Modern Times rules.

Huge upvote. When I was in Belgium last year, I saw all of the sketchiest dudes drinking that stuff, so I had to have it. Not the worst thing I've ever tried, actually.

In the same realm, I didn't recall seeing one for Bobby Hutcherson either.

The Trap Them track is pretty cool. Completely forgot about them.

Hirax rules.

I'd go for Rose Tattoo.

Same here, but part of me was hoping for the Dexter demon painting.

Fuck off, Paul-Albright.

There's a brewery in Pittsburgh that made a beer from yeast found in a 16th century cabinet. The concept is silly and the beer is solid, but this is a whole different level.

I mean, there are two Darrin Stevenses, right? Dick York and Dick Sargent. Yeah, right, as if we wouldn't notice. Oh hold on: Dick York, Dick Sargent, Sergeant York… Wow, that's weird.

Well, Lars is clearly the opposite, right? Untalented and obnoxious?

Hetfield's vocals post-Black Album make a good record impossible.

I didn't realize that quality had a direct correlation to record sales.

I remember a disc jokey in the Pittsburgh area losing his mind on air and saying that he wouldn't play Nine Inch Nails if people requested them by saying "NIN."
