Is it just me or is the Homer voice recording much lower quality than the Peter Griffin one? Not the voice, just the recording? It sounds like it was recorded on a phone.

It was a remake of an Australian show which is actually pretty amazing. The remake lacked all the charm of the original. I don't know if Australian stuff ever makes it on to Netflix and the like, it was made by the ABC (basically our BBC) so it might find its way through those channels.
