I hear that a lot, especially concerning exotic cars, but what exactly does diluting the brand mean? If Ducati fills a gap or niche with a product that buyers crave, they are designed well, they sell well and perform well . . . what does it matter if they are mass producing smaller bikes. I’m totally not attacking

This is the one I have been waiting for. I want modern bike to compliment my CB450. I have rode just about everything on the market right now and haven’t fell in love with any of it. I have fallen completely in love with the Brat Tracker. I really wish it was around 600cc, but I don’t think anyone is going to fill

I just saw the post about the Street Twin on motorcycle news. That looks like a contender.

Dear god that Thruxton with the fairing . . . so much want. Except I will never buy it unless it’s really groundbreaking. I am just not comfortable on big bikes. I would love to have that around 500-750cc. I test rode the CB1100 and it felt like riding an elephant after coming off my CB450. I want a modern, vintage

Late to this thread, but this was from Tampa’s DGR: From Bull City Customs. It worked in person.

Sean for Mayor.

I’m with you. It was awesome (Tampa ride). I really don’t get the serious butthurt here in the comments. If it’s not your thing fine, but there’s some serious shade being thrown without participating first.

All municipalities were notified beforehand, we had a lead rider and marshals. The guys at Dime City lead a great ride. Almost everyone along the route honked, waved or gave the thumbs up to the group. The ride was rarely over 40 mph on the highway stretches and the only injury was leg burn on an exhaust pipe. No

I rode in the Tampa DGR hosted by Dime City Cycles. Was a blast. Like the article said, lots of modern vintage, real vintage and a few sport bikes that served as our ride marshals and blocked intersections for us. Riding through red lights was really cool. When we all rode into downtown St. Pete pedestrians all had

I am a hipster convert from 3/4 to full face. The Biltwell was my first helmet. Thought nothing of it. Read stories on a tons of motorcycle blogs, /r/motorcycles and forums about having your chin scraped off. I recently invested the money and got the Bell Bullitt RSD. The moment I put it on I knew I would never, ever

I’ll be riding in Tampa, FL (really St. Pete). I’ll be on my 73 CB450 looking all dapper and shit.

If it looked like the CB1100 I would be all over that.

Unfortunately the retro look is my thing. If it wasn’t I would be all over the Duke 690 or RC 390. But I can’t ride one of those alien head looking bikes.

That’s basically what I was saying, with a lot more words and not getting to the point.

I wish this had about 15MPH more on the top end, I would get it yesterday. I want a modern bike in the 600-800cc range to give me something to ride when my CB450 needs work/restored. I love the look and feel of this, but I need just a bit more on the highway in FL. The Ducati doesn’t do it for me after testing it, the

Should have checked the comments before I posted my bike in my Element. I scoffed when the wife suggested we pick one up . . . best purchase ever. Kayaks on top, bike in the back. It’s the mullet of cars (sorry El Camino).

Honda Element! Here’s my 73 CB450 loaded in the back. Your results may vary. With the passenger seat moved all the way forward the tailgate and back window shut. Totally safe and secure with tie downs.

That’s the funniest thing I have read . . . I am the Assistant Managing Editor of a newspaper. I got journalism money.

So Sean is pretty much just here to break my wallet . . . right?
