I mean, i get what you’re saying. If they go for full price it does sting a bit because said games are available on steam for next to nothing multiple times a year.

No not really. I’m a very picky gamer and while i have to admit that i haven’t payed the most attention to the catalogue of VR games the ones that i did see never managed to pick my attention enough to warrant buying a VR headset.

For me it’s going to depend on how much VR will cost for the PS5. If there’s a bundle out with a PS5 and a VR headset for an added $150 i might buy it. But if they “force” me to fork over at least $300 or more i can’t see me getting this on my current budget.

As terrible as the current crisis is i kinda like that i’ve finished more of my backlog then added to it for the first time in years.

Yeah, i think they knew people would be outraged by this so they just didn’t announce it to at least not have a huge amount of outrage up front.
It also strikes me as odd that Bungie hasn’t provided a solid reason as to why they were removed in the first place. 

And the absolute worst part is that they never even announced that they were going to do it. People only found out when the update launched and one of their community members did a “oops, we’re sorry” thing.

Kinda odd to judge other people for how they decide to spend their free time. If this is something they wanted to do why call them out for it.

And they even do this to services that ARE well received and used. It’s not like they only kill the stuff that has absolutely bombed.

I only ever played the complete edition on PS4 and not once missed my mouse and keyboard setup from Diablo 2. It was just a way more relaxed experience imo.

I will never understand why people can get so worked up about a fucking video game. It’s just that, a video game. If you don’t like it stop playing it and play another game. No one is holding you at gunpoint screaming “YOU WILL PLAY FIFA AND YOU WILL LIKE IT!”.

As an ex-Destiny enthusiast, the current state of the game is far from enjoyable. It’s an endless list of tasks that reminds me more of a chore list than it does of playing a game i enjoy.

RA1 was a life defining game for me when it released. I was 8 at the time and it was hands down the coolest game i ever played. It was literally all me and my friends talked about. I think it was released the same year as pokemon here and while that became the cool new thing all we wanted to do was play Red Alert 1.

Almost all popular social media is awful because people are constantly outraged and unless you go waaaaay overboard there’s literally no one moderating the whole thing.
