If you liked dead cells you’ll probably like Hollow knight. While pretty different in that dead cells is a roguelite(roguelike?) game HK is more of a metroidvania, but both of them are about challenging combat, upgrading your character and exploration.

The hardest game i’ve ever played and kept playing to 100% despite the difficulty i think has to be Super Meat Boy. I might have played some more difficult games during the SNES period but that is so long ago that i’m not even sure anymore, and i did finish all my SNES games.

I think the idea behind the Niobi Labs is great. An insanely hard puzzle for the 60.000+ people on the raid secrets reddit page, those in the discord and all the people helping the streams. Theres obviously an audience there.
