I do watch streams from time to time. I’m a vivid Rocket League player, so i tend to log into 1 or 2 big tournament streams every month. It helps me progress my play, plus its always cool to see how well the best are doing, compared to you.

Do you also sometimes go to the grocery store and steal shit because the store owner insulted your perception of a fair price point?

Game development costs are just way overboard. There should be a bigger focus on reducing development cost, and if that means that games will become less pretty in the future so that team sizes can be cut i’m all for that idea.

What? Wolfenstein has been about killing Nazi’s since 1992. The pitch of the entire series so far has literally been that you play as BJ Blaskowicz and kill a bunch of nazi’s.

I think the last part of your exerpt is really interesting and also something i’ve been wondering about. With game development costs on the rise but game sales not being significantly higher than during the PS2 era the money has to be made somewhere else if they want to keep selling games for $60.

Been playing dust2 since CS1.1 and can confirm it really never gets old. I hardly play CS anymore these days, which makes it all the better because the moment i boot up CSGO and launch into Dust2 i know exactly what to do and where to go.

Reasons i play fortnite and not PUBG: Fortnite is free and looks ridiculous. I play games to relax and PUBG does not let me relax. Fortnite does.

I guess this is the price we pay for only wanting to pay $60 for a game? Games here have been $60 for as long as i can remember, which makes very little sense considering even basic living needs have gone up in price. For some reason games aren’t influenced by inflation at all.

What? Overwatch is the 6th most overall watched stream of the past 180 days. The games beating it are LoL, PUBG, DOTA2, Heartstone and CSGO. I’m not saying the OW tourney is going to be a succes, but it is a game with quite a few viewers.

Fantastic news. I have raspberry pi who can already do this, but theres a lot more appeal to the tiny SNES sitting underneath my TV then there is to a pretty bland black tiny box sitting under my TV.

I have a 100/100 fiber internet connection. If i download a full game its a matter of minutes rathat than hours. Yet every fucking measily update downloads like i’m still using a fucking 56kbs internet connection.

And probably still free even if you want to download it 8 days from now!

It is kind of a shame, but not one that effects(affects? i’ve given up on learning which to use...) me since i’ll be hooking it up to my PC monitor, so the reset button is in close range.

It’s not about another party creating a PUBG game(I mean, lets not act as if PUBG was the first free for all mode anyway.
