@Jason Fitzpatrick: Tried doing the skins thing once by cutting up a bit of contact paper, wasn't particularly fond of it. And I'll definitely have to try the steel wool, the magic eraser isn't even powerful enough to put a scratch in the insane gloss they decided to put on the casing (thought I'd try anyway since it

@Jason Fitzpatrick: I'll probably give that a shot, it can't get too much worse than it currently is, thanks!

@ericesque: I might actually try that one on my Eee 1000h. That glossy finish is getting nasty.

Wasn't this called the Kin? (EDIT: Dang, it, maddave beat me to it!)

@tex242: I HIGHLY doubt that one. It wouldn't be in their interest at all to do that.

The headline for this article really needs to be changed. Shortcode services and private messaging are two completely different things, and denying a contract or client is completely different than censorship. The headline implies both.

@NotEd: Just get some coworkers in on it. Guy next to me got one, my boss was not so lucky.

@jingram421: If you do decide to root, ShootMe seems to be a superior app anyway.

@PunkRockMachine: Frito Lay just lost at their own marketing campaign.

@Maave: I would still think you could hear a train horn through them, of all things.

Assuming he was using the stock earbuds, (which have an open design), he must have been listening to it really, really loudly to not hear an oncoming train blasting its horn. Something doesn't add up.

@Shai: The real question is how that affects calories, if part of what he's saying is true.

@flechuga: I wish I could promote this one a second time.

@The Albatross: If you want to see the most racially homogenized group in America, visit Utah.

@tobylane: Easy. Man purse. This is fashion, isn't it?

@madisomi: man of ren: The solution is easy: just keep an extra 3 or so cans handy, considering that's the amount you would really need to get proper coverage.

@robogobo: I agree, the apple thing may have gone to their heads a bit too hard.

@cicadymn: No, they're going to send this guy to prison for thousands of prank calls.
