I think it’s pretty obvious that the people complaining have no idea what this car is intended for. The concept of spec racing is completely lost on them. This is not a car intended for the casual weekend racer/autocrosser, or someone looking to build a one off time attack vehicle.

I don’t understand these people yelling that this thing is too expensive. This is priced very reasonably in my opinion. If you are complaining that $53k is too much money, you aren’t going spec racing.

Yes but the Ariel Atom spec racing does not have this level of manufacturer support. This is going to be global racing event, with real teams with real money thrown at it to become professionals.

Go look at the price of any certified turn key race car from any manufacturer.
