Most of you are confusing standard urine drug tests with blood tests. Urine and hair tests detect the use over the long term and do not test for THC, but the byproduct of its consumption, blood tests are completely different.

THIS! It's plain as day that Ward STEPPED IN FRONT of the car before Stewart's, seems like he was going to do or did the exact same thing to Stewart. Second dumb move.

Uh, the guy right before Stewart, (that Ward stepped in front of first) almost hit him. If Stewart didn't see Ward until the last second then maybe that's why the quick reaction to avoid him...if that's what it was.
It looks like he wanted to step in front of Stewart's car. In the video it looks like he's so intent and ready to do it that he doesn't see the car just before Stewart's, does it to that car and that car just narrowly avoids him.
