Uh, the guy right before Stewart, (that Ward stepped in front of first) almost hit him. If Stewart didn't see Ward until the last second then maybe that's why the quick reaction to avoid him...if that's what it was.

It looks like he wanted to step in front of Stewart's car. In the video it looks like he's so intent and ready to do it that he doesn't see the car just before Stewart's, does it to that car and that car just narrowly avoids him.

Well Suffolk County here in NY just got nailed for $200K today for an officer arresting someone for legally filming them. The cop said "There's nothing you can hold over my head". Right! Except a $200,000 judgement. Enjoy piggy.
