You could try using repeaters, but that could wind up being more expensive than just rolling your own WiFi.

Yeah, that's just creepy.

I'm going to be getting a nook, and I'm leaning towards the new touch. Is this one better than the old one, or is the N1E better? Also, any good apps for when I root it (I'll root whichever one I get). Thanks!

Oops, I didn't know it hadn't come out yet. Thanks for the WiFi bit, if all it does is let me buy books, then I won't mind having to connect to a PC.

I've never had an SSD in a laptop, but they make me nervous. CodingHorror did a feature on SSD failures which will have me waiting a while before buying. [www.codinghorror.com]

Mine's still frozen to Feb 23.

What's the better eReader? The new Kobo reader, or the new nook? I like the touch screen (no Kindle for me!). Is WiFi on the nook any good, and would that make it better than the kobo? I'm also hoping that both let me have a good book and magazine selection.

This is to be expected. My company-issued laptop has tons of icons in the tray. Auto-updaters, anti-virus, security, I don't know what else. Unless your allowed to touch that stuff, you can't do much.

If you can round up, then 1.

I could have sworn I've heard of someone doing this before (but no idea what game).

How has this not been done before?

I just don't like that the next one will be about Shaun and not Georgia. Still getting Deadline though.

If it's open source, you might try SourceForge.net

It's like these kids reacting to old tech: [www.youtube.com] Makes you feel old, fast.

So people discourage kids from "clicking" because it makes for a bad image?! Forget the notion that it might improve the lives of at least SOME of these kids. Ridiculous.

I heard that it was becoming slower, and couldn't handle spikes.

Oh boy, the original was great, even if they used the same exact bird-things in every episode.

LH ran a feature on the best web hosts a while back, but I've heard that the winner: Dreamhost, is now pretty bad. Any suggestions for a good WP-friendly host?
