@cyber rat: First time through, I didn't have anybody die after I got into teh base, but Jack died on the outside because I didn't have one shield upgraded. On replays, I tried to switch things around because I wanted to see what worked, and....Samara isn't a good team leader.

@laughingdog: Something on Atari, the games I can remember having were Jungle Hunt, Indiana Jones, ET, which one of those were actually first I don't know, I'm thinking Jungle Hunt.

@SecCom: The Princess Bride should be required viewing for anybody, gamer or not.

For me, so far there has been a little to get used to, but not as much as I'm used to for FF games.

@ManuOtaku: That actually makes a little sense at least, of course, if one console dies you can always buy a copy for the second one then, you really don't lose any time (at least not compared to the game you need to replay)

@jambes: Tell those kids you're an ugly female gamer instead. Then you won't intimidate them, and they won't have to resort to 2nd grade antics.

@Solid2TheSnake: Well, if she's going to borrow Uncharted 2 and AC2, definitely recommend the original for both, and you can get them pretty cheap now.

@maxtothez: Download every single game right away before Apple sues saying they "patented games on phones."

@Handsome Al: I actually like Avatar, didn't think it was Picture of the year though. One thing that ruined it for me was the fact that they called the mineral "unobtainium." I sounds as that word was used as a placeholder until they thought of a better term, but forgot to do a find/replace before printing out the

@Hamster Poop: I know what you're saying, but I feel all art (tv, film, lit, paintings, etc) actually require interaction. The Mona Lisa is just a portrait of a woman until people look at it and (possibly) feel something.

@SixTwoSixFour (aka Dangeresque): Right, I get it. Just didn't know if you meant you had 300+ for this generation only (even if it was across a couple platforms). That would be a little crazy.

@Goldwings: This year has been Bioshock 2, Heavy Rain, Mass Effect 1 and 2, and I think that's it. Yet to get FF13, God of War perhaps, and finishing games I let linger, like Resistance 1.

@SixTwoSixFour (aka Dangeresque): Is that all time? Assuming I still had all my atari, computer, NES, SNES, Turbo Graphix 16, PS1,2,3, Ninstendo 64, Gameboy, and 360 games, I'd maybe have 200.

Okay, I get Heavy Rain last Tuesday, and play up to the part where you look for John Shephard. Then I take a break to watch Lost, which was a Jack Shephard heavy episode..

Really Hollywood? Come on, have some self-respect.

@Pronssi: Not sure that would qualify as a surprise.

So if a game sells out, I should get a $7 refund?

@Chicken Pawks: In my playthrough, I think it depends on what scene you're trying to kill a character in. I had a death (hand slipped during QTE) and all I had to do was miss one prompt. Of course, it may just have to have been that particular prompt.

I actually like the 4th best. I'm all for creative and artistic box covers, but sometimes you do have to avoid being "too vague"
