Right, but in your hypothetical (only 1 axle with traction, steep incline) are you beyond stall? In a Tacoma, that’s like 2k rpm. Envelope math on a 2020 Tacoma V6 says stall in 1st ends at 13mph.
There are a lot of questions there. The missing piece is the transmission influence in the hypothetical. I dont think at full, or near full throttle at very low speeds that a torque converter is supplying near maximum torque.

The charging numbers also clash with the range. It’s a 60v system. With a 2 hour charge, this is like a 4kWh battery at the absolute maximum.
