I went to the dealership to pick up prepurchased parts Saturday morning, and had to wait for the sales guys to unlock things. While I was waiting, I noticed something odd on one of the weekday salesman’s desk.
Tis guy’s working on his car in 90 degree heat, in a spot that’s $1.50 an hour, 9am-8pm 6 days a week.
I know they’re over priced, too refined, too ‘future’, but in person, the NSX looks freakin’ amazeballs.
In its natural habitat, on a 93 degree day. I can’t imagine why he didn’t have the back off.
Bad drivers, worse parkers, walking out in front of any car regardless of the situation.
This is good enough, right?
Update : I have made it out. No complications, no extraordinary efforts. Very large though. Lost the external carotid artery, but kept the internal (the important one).
On this day last year, I decided I needed to lose some weight. My goal was 30 pounds, and in a hurry, because long term diets have never worked for me previously. Now that I’m in my 40s, I thought it’s ridiculous I can manage a little more self control. The 30 has turned into 65, down to a nice (less) round 200.
The check engine light came on in my Odyssey, a vehicle that has essentially been relegated to hauling duty only.
Two Malibu Maxxes (Maxxi?) in 1 photo. Somehow not yet reclaimed by road salt or deferred maintenance. What an amazing time to be alive.
Look at that Buick Regal!
IP infringement, so I put Xhibit in Luke Skywalker’s flight suit.
... a clown shoe.
I passed this house on my run. It seems perfectly balanced.
New Pilot Sport 4S tires, fresh slotted rotors and sport pads.
The office prank this year. Nobody’s owned up to it yet.
Saw this guy, looked ‘well used’.
UPDATE : *whomp whomp* Oh well 76-69 FSU
