@yourbuddypal: it looks like it's the USB Loader GX. I just downloaded rev 366 and it appears to be pretty much exactly what that video.

I use the portable apps suite with DropBox between my work computer and home computer... works pretty nicely. Have pidgin, firefox, putty, keepass, dosbox, sunbird, notepad++, VLC, wireshark, and a few others. Still trying to get the web app working nicely with the launch menu, though.
