I'm going to have to agree there, and I would certainly hope they would go with the former option. A bit of sensitivity and respect towards others goes a long way.

But then where would you get the time to play them all? I have two active platforms ATM (PC & PS3) and have an ever-growing backlog of games to go through that I simply don't have the time for. I can only imagine how it would be for someone with another two platforms (not counting portables).
Ditto here.
Am I the only one that felt the story was lackluster?
No, you don't know that and neither do I. Even Sony doesn't guarantee that your personal details have not been accessed. Saying that they haven't simply because there is no solid proof yet and refusing to even believe there is the slightest chance that happened is just asking for trouble (which is fine, if that's how…
The AC games suffer the same issues on PC even on monster rigs. That engine of theirs really needs some work.
There is a huge difference between information that puts your finances and identity at risk, and others that are completely inconsequential.
Actually, there are achievements in WoW. Just not Xbox 360 achievements. :P
That's your prerogative, for sure. I wasn't trying to tell you whether it was worth spending $60 or not on Live, that's your call. But I do take issue with trying to justify it falsely. I wasn't trying to tell you what you should believe is better, because ultimately, you have your own preference. I was simply…

I may have made some false assumptions about you there, but your words did not convey any actual objectiveness. You did sell Steam short there, and oversell Live.
Speaking of facts:
It does get old seeing the same fat jokes over and over in every thread where Valve or Gabe Newell is mentioned. The man deserves a bit better than that, if you ask me.
Oh, trust me. He's anything but. :)
Well said.
I have no idea who in their right mind would pick Fable 3 over The Witcher 2, assuming they had to choose. And I absolutely adored Fable TLC, however, there is simply no contest there.
Which part of "before any mention of the early launch stunt" was unclear to you?
You're being very cynical here thinking the only reason people would ever buy the pack is its affiliation with Portal 2, so I only feel it's worth noting that the Potato Sack was on sale for about a week or more before it was even made public that it had any relation to Portal 2. It was a top seller on Steam for that…
I don't see what you're so all up in arms about.
